"Uncle, is that... Kuzan... over there...?"
A burly figure finished his task and walked behind Borsalino.
"That's Sentomaru..."
Borsalino nodded in response.
Sentomaru was massive, with the sturdy build of a wrestler, wearing a red haramaki. The haramaki had three tomoe and a pattern in the middle. A huge rope knot was tied around his waist, and he wore shorts on his lower body.
His face and hairstyle resembled a girl's, with a stitched scar running from his eye to the corner of his mouth on his left cheek. Both his right hand and left foot were wrapped in bandages, and he carried a giant axe on his back.
"He seems to be at a disadvantage. Should I go help him?"
Sentomaru asked.
Borsalino was still hesitating, not having had enough of the fun, but changed his mind after seeing Kuzan glance in their direction.
"Go ahead."
Upon hearing this, Sentomaru picked up his axe and rushed over.
Kuzan was currently engaged in a fierce battle with Oden, with ice and fire intertwining around them and a strong killing intent permeating the air.
Oden's attacks were fierce, each strike carrying endless power, causing Kuzan to feel increasingly pressured.
"This is troublesome..."
Kuzan muttered softly, a hint of fatigue flashing in his eyes.
His ice blades shimmered in the air, meeting the enemy's attacks, but the opponent's power was simply too great, and his body was beginning to feel strained.
Just then, Sentomaru came running with his giant axe, his momentum like a rainbow.
His figure was like a moving mountain, the giant axe gleaming coldly in the sunlight, carrying endless power.
"Kuzan, I'm here to help!"
Sentomaru shouted, his voice filled with the joy of not having seen him for a long time.
A hint of surprise flashed in Kuzan's eyes. He nodded and quickly adjusted his posture to coordinate with Sentomaru's attacks.
Sentomaru's giant axe struck Oden as if carrying the force of a million pounds, the air whistling sharply.
Oden's expression changed, and he quickly retreated, trying to avoid Sentomaru's attack.
"Bang!"
The giant axe struck the ground heavily, kicking up dust and gravel.
Sentomaru's power was immense, directly splitting the ground where Oden had been standing into pieces.
Oden lost his footing in the face of his attack, retreating several steps away from the towering man.
"Thanks, Sentomaru."
Kuzan said, panting, looking at Sentomaru, who had come to his aid.
Oden frowned.
"The Marines?"
He couldn't think of a reason for the Marines to be here.
And it seemed that Kuzan was very familiar with those Marines; otherwise, they wouldn't have helped Kuzan as soon as they arrived.
"Could it be..."
Oden looked at Kuzan, a thought flashing through his mind that he could hardly believe.
Sentomaru paid little attention to Oden. Looking at Kuzan's miserable appearance, he said with a headache,
"I didn't expect you to be in such a difficult fight."
"When we observed you at the training camp, you were the strongest one in that class."
Then, as if remembering the mission, he looked around,
"Have you found Vice Admiral Jin'an?"
"Also, where did everyone else go?"
One question after another popped out of Sentomaru's mouth, leaving Kuzan unsure of how to respond.
"The others went to find Jin'an, and Enel and I are covering the rear."
Kuzan replied, panting,
"Jin'an was fighting Kaido before. I'm not sure what the situation is now."
Sentomaru recalled the scene of Kaido leaving Wano Country and nodded.
"I see."
Oden, on the other hand, had analyzed a lot of information from Sentomaru's questions.
He was a little regretful.
Looking at Kuzan, he thought that if Kuzan had told him his identity when they were fighting, he would have chosen to rebel against Kaido with him.
The individual strength of the Marines may not be strong, but they stick together.
Although Wano Country has not joined the World Government, as long as he appeals to their emotions and reasons with them, they might join them in their crusade against Kaido.
But it was too late to say anything now.
He was now on the opposite side of Kuzan, and there was no possibility of cooperation between them.
On the contrary, he had already seen those Marines staring at him, ready to attack.
Oden's eyes were cold, and he clenched the swords in his hands, a hint of determination flashing in his eyes.
He could no longer hesitate and had to make a decision as soon as possible.
Sentomaru also noticed Oden's movements, and his eyes became sharp.
He raised his axe and walked slowly towards Oden, his momentum like a rainbow.
"Oden, you made a wrong decision choosing to be our enemy."
Oden snorted coldly, a hint of unyieldingness flashing in his eyes,
"Marines, don't interfere too much in the affairs of Wano Country!"
Sentomaru stepped forward, staring straight at Oden. They, the Marines, were very familiar with this face. First, he followed Newgate, and then he went to the final island with Roger.
Kuzan stood aside, frowning slightly. He knew that there was no time to waste on Oden now.
"Oden, you have two choices, either surrender, or..."
Sentomaru's voice sounded coldly.
Oden's eyes flashed with a firm light. He took a deep breath and gripped the swords in his hands.
"I will never surrender."
Sentomaru's eyes turned cold. He knew that negotiation was no longer possible.
He raised his giant axe and swung it violently, striking directly at Oden.
Oden dodged quickly, the blade drawing a sharp arc in the air, meeting Sentomaru's attack.
"Clang!"
The blade and axe collided in the air, making a deafening sound.
The powerful impact shook both of their bodies in the air, but neither of them retreated, their eyes flashing with endless fighting spirit.
"Do you really think you are invincible in Wano Country?"
Sentomaru said coldly, the giant axe raised again, chopping down at Oden with heavy force.
"Then try it!"
Oden roared and met Sentomaru's attack.
Watching Sentomaru fighting with Oden, Kuzan moved, preparing to join the battle.
However, a hand grabbed his arm.
"Don't make things worse in your condition."
As soon as the voice fell, Borsalino instantly turned into a beam of light and flashed towards Oden.
"Have you ever been kicked by light?"
Before he finished speaking, Borsalino kicked out.
In a hurry, Oden hurriedly resisted, his entire body flying out horizontally, crashing heavily into a boulder, scattering stones everywhere.
"Yo, it seems you're not lightly injured either."
Borsalino said lazily, a hint of playfulness flashing in his eyes.
Oden pushed away the boulder pressing on his body and struggled to stand up again.
He knew that Borsalino was telling the truth. Although on the surface it looked like he was pressing Kuzan in the fight, Kuzan's ice ability had still caused him a lot of injuries.
He panted, his face full of sweat and blood, but his eyes remained unchanged.
"Marines, what is your purpose in coming here?"
Borsalino shrugged.
"Didn't you hear their conversation before?"
"We're just looking for someone..."
"Besides, you're really stubborn, but that's also what makes you a headache."
